Our Mission
The mission of the Greater Pittsburgh Dalmatian club is to encourage, promote, and educate the breeding of quality pure-bred Dalmatians as well as doing everything possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection. We also urge members and hobby breeders to accept the standard of the breed as approved by the American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Dalmatians shall be judged. We do all in our power to protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and to conduct sanctioned and licensed specialty shows under the rules of the American Kennel Club.
Conformation
We have two specialties a year, on the same day! They are always in June in Jefferson, Ohio. If you are interested in learning about showing or you just have a question about how to enter, please feel free to reach out to us!
Coursing Ability Tests
We have Coursing Ability Tests in the Spring and Fall. The CAT Trials are always in Jefferson, Ohio. If you are interested in learning about this event or you just have a question about how to enter, please feel free to reach out to us!
Agility

Paris Dizak is our club’s Breeder Referral chairperson. Paris works with other breeders and rescue organizations to find you the best rescue, adult, or puppy that will fit their lifestyle.
